Delete Your Account

Carnivore Lifestyles Tracker (by Oceanside Analytics Pty Ltd) lets you delete your account and all associated data at any time — directly in the app, or by request.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open the Carnivore Lifestyles app (or sign in at app.carnivorelifestyles.com).
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account and every profile under it (human, child, and pet) are deleted, along with all the data you've logged.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you can't access the app, email support@carnivorelifestyles.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll complete the deletion within 30 days (usually much sooner).

Prefer to delete only some of your data?

You don't have to delete your whole account to remove data. In the app, you can delete individual entries — a logged meal, a symptom, an exercise session, a medication, a measurement, a note, or a photo — directly from where you logged it (open the entry → delete). You can also delete an entire profile (e.g. one pet) while keeping the rest of your account. To request a broader clean-up without closing your account, email support@carnivorelifestyles.com.

What gets deleted (full account deletion)

Everything tied to your account: your account and login details, all profiles (human, child, pet), and all tracking data — meals and ingredients, symptoms, fluids, exercise, lifestyle factors, notes, and any photos you uploaded.

What's kept, and for how long

• Deleted data is removed from active systems right away and purged from our encrypted backups within about 30–60 days (the next backup cycle).
• We retain only a minimal set of records where the law requires it — for example, billing/transaction records needed for tax compliance — for the legally required period. These contain no health tracking content.
