That's what it took to keep my family alive. Here's why I built something better.

Yet here I was — running exactly three of them.

One for my psoriasis that just flared again after 25 years of management

One for DJ, who can't have fish + couple of other land proteins, or we end up in the ER at 2 a.m.

One for Shadow, the cancer survivor who can't touch beef and lamb but thrives on fish

Then my knees ballooned overnight. Another mystery to solve.

I'm not some guru who "fixed" everything and is now selling you the secret.

Three spreadsheets. That's what it took to keep my family alive.

One for my psoriasis and athletic performance (lose 30% power in 48 hours when it flares).

One for DJ — one wrong protein and we're in the ER at 2am with pancreatitis/colitis.

One for Shadow — cancer survivor with dirty margins; his life depends on perfect food.

My Journey

Hi, I'm Kristina — lifelong athlete, Masters Bronze medalist at the 2019 ICF Ocean Racing World Championships... while managing psoriasis for 25 years.

I've tried everything the internet screams at us:

"Plants are medicine" → Went vegan twice. Nearly collapsed both times. Ended up with chronic fatigue.

"Vegetables are health food" → My skin exploded while I ate organic leafy greens.

"Strict carnivore is the only way" → Cleared my psoriasis in 5 days... but tanked my performance.

I was exhausted jumping from one extreme camp to the next, being told "You're just doing it wrong" every time my body rejected their "perfect" diet.

The Realization

Then I realized: there is no perfect diet.

There's only the diet that works for YOUR unique body — and your dog's unique body.

So I went back to tracking like a scientist. Three spreadsheets at once. Obsessively logging which meats & foods heal, which trigger, how long reactions take, how age and hormones shift everything.

And it's working. My skin is calm. My power is back. DJ hasn't seen the ER in months. Shadow is thriving for now.
